The Crossing Resort is situated on the border of Grasslands National Park (west block) amid 30 hectares of pristine Prairie beauty, 5 km south of the village of Val Marie on Highway 4. Two private vacation suites offer a quiet retreat for those needing a comfortable vacation or a private research environment.

A campground with direct access to Grasslands National Park provides a solitary camping experience under the stars without the distractions of the outside world. Tent camping sites are separate from spaces for camper vans and RV's.

Take advantage of our ‘bed and bale’ service and bring your horse to ride into the Park from The Crossing. Rent a tipi for a truly authentic ‘return to the past’ experience.
